Teapot and milk jug in Japanese Kutani porcelain.

Kutani tea service, consisting of a teapot and a milk jug. The translucent porcelain, also known as eggshell, is hand-painted with a Japanese landscape design featuring geishas, a family, a traditional Japanese landscape, and a house by a lake. The burgundy/brown edges are adorned with ornamental gold decorations. In very good condition, just a scratch at the bottom of the teapot. Vintage tableware from Japan, early 20th century.
