Simply stunning porcelain of Paris soup tureen and serving plate from Puillivuyt France. Napoleon III period, 19th century circa 1870 - 1880. Part of a table service decorated with burnt orange and gold, monogrammed BM or MB. Artichoke-shaped lid handle and side handles beautifully painted. Signature below: Pillivuyt et Cie factory in Paris. Clearly it could be used for many things, serving pasta, serving fruit salad, a fruit bowl or just as a decoration piece. It is in good condition for its age, some paint may be a little worn, there aren't any chips or cracks. Please see all the photos carefully.
