Important central industrial counter, fully restored, with a rusty finish and a solid blond walnut top. Officina di Ricerca signs the restoration work for this industrial workbench, whose structure has been sandblasted and then engraved to achieve a natural rusty finish on the iron parts, as well as on the fronts of the six drawers. The profile frame was brushed until it became shiny, then finished with a double-component transparent coating to permanently lock in the effect achieved. The three drawers on each front, for a total of six drawers, have original chrome steel handles. The work surface, 5 cm thick, with 2.5 cm made of solid blond walnut, was extracted from a mid-century presbytery table, sanded, and finished with a natural wax that enhanced the grain. The upper bridge, with a wooden shelf support finish, is traversed at the top by a longitudinal pulley to which it is possible to attach 8 hooks, each sliding along the entire length of the counter... This piece was called "overhead crane." The overhead crane can be detached from the workbench using two bolts, designed to achieve a normal flat counter. The legs are insulated from the ground by a special robust rubber fleece, considering the weight of the table. However, an M12 thread is provided at the base of each leg for the attachment of 4 wheels (included) to facilitate movement. THE PLACEMENT OF THIS WORK TABLE IS PREFERABLY IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOM, AS THE DRAWERS ARE PLACED ON EACH SIDE. Dimensions: Total height 203 cm - Maximum shelf height 93.5 cm - Top without wheels 81.5 cm - Depth 80 cm - Width 210 cm.
