A large and heavy candlestick in painted and enameled 70s white sandstone from keraluc (quimper, brittany, france). Decor painted and signed by andré l'helguen (1935-2017), who worked for keraluc all his life and whose style is recognizable at first glance. Tall, cylindrical and ringed. Stylized bird and floral decoration in tones of bluish gray, turquoise, khaki with hints of red. Shiny enamel. Excellent condition, no cracks. Initially candle holder: for candles with a diameter of 6cm or 4 cm, it can also be used as a vase because it is hollow over its entire height. Very decorative and rather abstract, typical 70s.
