Vintage chaise longue model S 828 in tubular steel by Torben Skov for Thonet, 1980s.

Chaise longue or rocking chair made by the famous tubular steel furniture manufacturer Thonet, based on a design by Danish designer Torben Skov from the 1980s. The chrome tubular steel frame with curved lines allows for flexibility, transforming the chaise longue into a rocking chair by rotating the frame. The support surface consists of a tubular steel frame covered with black mesh, featuring two pairs of hooks for different support positions. It includes a removable cylindrical black leather cushion for the head. The chair is in very good condition with slight signs of wear or patina. Marked by Thonet underneath.
