1960s “Hunting chair” ottoman by Torbjorn Afdal for Bruksbo, Norway

A beautiful “hunting” chair with matching ottoman (foot stool) designed by torbjorn afdal and manufactured by bruksbo in norway around 1960. Both pieces are made of high quality wood in a nice warm brown colour. The seat and back of the chair as well as the foot stool are upholstered in brown leather. The cushions are beautifully connected to the frame and the tilted backrest adds really nicely to the seating comfort of the set! A beautiful and eye-catching set of quality scandinavian design that would make a great addition to the decor! The sizes are as follows: chair: w. 64 X d. 77 X h. 78 (sh. 36) Ottoman: w. 64 X d. 51 X h. 41 cm. The set remains in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
