Solid oak farmhouse table with integrated extensions 1950

Antique farmhouse table in solid oak, from the years 1900/1950. We love the unique shape of the whole piece, with its lovely sculpted and tapered legs, resting on a small triangular ball, giving a very airy appearance to the ensemble. The table features a main top, under which extensions slide in on either side using a very clever sliding system. The table is made of solid oak, with a beautiful grain and a very elegant dark hue. It has traditional construction, with dowels in the legs, and the top has end tenons, ensuring great durability over time. The extensions also have tenons, guaranteeing a certain quality. The table has been fully restored, treated, sanded, lightly stained, and protected with a transparent matte varnish. This table is very old and has a patina, with defects in the wood and marks in places, which is inherent to its great age but gives it all its authenticity.
