“Model 54” dining table produced by Omann Jun., 1960s

Rectangular teak top with two 53.5 cm extension leaves and an oak frame, defined by tapered legs and curved joints. “Model 54”, produced by Omann Jun., Denmark, 1960s. The “Model 54”, produced by Danish manufacturer Omann Jun. in the 1960s, reflects the carefully considered construction of Danish modernism. The teak top is paired with an oak frame, where tapered legs meet the apron through elegant curved joints that soften the table’s geometry. Two 53.5 cm extension leaves expand the top while preserving the continuity of the design. Omann Jun., a Danish furniture manufacturer associated with the modern design tradition, is particularly known for its restrained forms and careful woodworking. Good condition. It may show signs of age. Please pay attention to the photographs. AG104
