1900s oak desk with interior paint

We absolutely loved this beautiful 1900s writing desk! Superb openwork cross-braced base, beautiful molding around all edges, a pen tray inside, a porcelain inkwell on the top, and the most charming thing: the pretty painting under the flap with its moving tribute: "Nantes, January 2, 1937, in memory of my uncle Georges Bidet." What calligraphy! Made of oak (except for the flap), very original, authentic, and super decorative, a unique piece that is also completely functional! Note that it can also be used by an adult.
