The string shelving system was designed in 1949 by the swedish architect nils strinning (1917-2006), a leading figure in scandinavian design. String is a system of modular shelves that can be combined according to the needs of each. Beautiful state. Some use stripes on the wood see pictures. The wood plate is taken off at a spot see photo.
