Scandinavian entrance mirror and shelf by Hans-Agne Jakobsson Åhus

Very nice and rare Scandinavian entrance wall set by Hans-Agne Jakobsson, åhus. Swedish design. The set consists of three pieces in teak including a mirror, a wall shelf and a small cupboard. The thick mirror in solid teak is in very good condition both in terms of the frame and the mirror. Once hung, the steel fixing allows it to be unfolded out of the wall. Beautiful manufacturing details on the corners, original labels and manufacturer's markings on the back. The shelf is also in good condition and is discreetly attached to the small cupboard providing storage space behind the decorated door. Inside the cupboard are two small shelves and a small drawer with a bottom covered in perstorp, the equivalent of Scandinavian formica, a popular material in the 1950s. Original manufacturer's label also present on the back of the cupboard. The set is in very good condition with very discreet traces of use, very clean and prepared in our workshop in Sweden. A rare piece on the market. Dimensions of the mirror: 90 cm X 50 cm. Dimensions of the cupboard attached to the shelf: width 118 cm, depth of the cupboard: 21 cm.
