Broadhurst, vintage 1970s vintage cups and saucers in fine earthenware ("ironstone"). "the english scene" décor of a beautiful deep blue on a creamy white background: a finely detailed romantic country scene, depicting the edges of a river, fishermen, a village, a medieval castle and ruins in the distance and abundant blooms on the edge. The saucers are stamped "broadhurst's / staffordshire / east. 1847 / ironstone / made in england" and the cups "broadhurst england" (in hollow). In very good condition (no accidents, no trace of use). Dimensions: cup / diam. 7.5 cm, 7 cm; saucer/diam. 14 cm.
