8-piece set, 4 cups 4 saucers in vintage English Ironstone earthenware, collectible. Blue decoration with an Asian-inspired countryside scene with a floral motif around the rim of the saucers. This scene motif is called "Tonquin" and was made by the famous English manufacturer Myott-Meakin (Straffordshire) Ltd, circa 1980s. Stamped "Fine MEAKIN Tableware - Made in England" or "Made in England". No cracks or chips, the glaze is very slightly cracked on the cups (photo), and some "coffee" stains inside (photo) as is often the case with antique pieces, the set remains in very good condition.
