Beautiful traditional Moroccan ceramic pot from Safi, circa 1920. In shades of cobalt blue, opaline green, yellow ochre and brick red, typical colors of the Safi region, the pottery is signed "abdou", a potential master ceramist between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. All around we find an accumulation of blue flower patterns as well as yellow dots of different sizes painted by hand, which can remind us of the coastal and sunny region of Safi. Globular in shape on a base about 2cm thick, we can find at the top a neck with an opening of 17cm. Some small manufacturing defects are present but discreet, which in no way detract from its charm and singularity. Very beautiful ethnic collector's item. Unique in its shaping and artisanal painting. It will delight your room with its traditional beauty and history.
