My sincerest apologies for the photos… I tried everything to showcase them, but photographing transparent chairs is an impossible mission 😅 They are much more beautiful in person! Pair of La Marie chairs, designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell. A true icon of contemporary design. In very good overall condition. They show some normal usage scratches, typical for this type of material, but no cracks, breaks, or structural weaknesses. La Marie, presented in 1999, is an emblematic piece by Philippe Starck published by Kartell. It is recognised as the first transparent polycarbonate chair moulded in a single piece, a true industrial feat at the time. Its minimalist, almost immaterial design paved the way for a whole generation of transparent furniture and remains a classic of contemporary design today.
