Very pretty and rare antique engraving representing love and fortune through two winged children holding a thread with a butterfly at the end. Engraved by alexandre leroy (1820-1902), french engraver and photographer, after a work by giovanni batiste cipriani (1727-1785) italian painter engraver. We will notice the application and the sense of detail put into this realization to make these two little angels alive. The engraving is glazed and has a border of paper all around brown. Condition: very good condition with some small freckles very light due to the age of the paper. Very elegant this beautiful antique engraving will give charm to your interior. Size: l 23, 5 cm h33cm.
