The boxes with lids are made of bakelite and contain 181 black stones and 180 white stones. The keyaki wood game board dates back to the 1930s and has a charming, well-played appearance. The solid wood block is finished with elegantly crafted legs. Keyaki is a rare and highly sought-after wood species from japan, seldom exported.
