Trade cabinet with flaps

A solid oak work cabinet with flaps dating from the 1940s/50s. This piece comes from a former notary's office in Normandy. It is in generally good condition, with some normal signs of use given its age. The front features 16 compartments with flap doors that slide to the back. The doors slide perfectly, and the handles are original brass. There are label holders on all the doors. The work cabinet has been fully renovated (cleaning, stripping, sanding, treatment against woodworm inside and out, restoration of the lower back panel, installation of 16 label holders, application of a satin black patina on both sides, and a coat of clear protective wax). The structure and legs are stable. This work cabinet would be ideal in a kitchen, living room, or office... It could also be suitable for various businesses as a storage and display unit.
