Still life depicting a bouquet of two blooming roses in a glass vase (depth rendered thanks to the remarkable reflection of the vase on its support) Oil on canvas framed in a large shaded wooden frame, all in perfect condition. French School of Paris. Signed Jules Roblin, born in Paris 1888, died in Lyon in 1974. Listed artist, he appears in the Bénézit. Salon d'Automne in Lyon in 1910. Salon des Artistes français in Paris in 1911. This work dates from 1920/1930. Special note: this artist stopped painting around 1930. No cleaning or restoration required.
