Old beard dish repair with staples

This barber's dish is made of ceramic with a very colorful floral decoration and friezes found in brittany. It is made and painted by hand and its particularity comes from a repair which was carried out on it in the 19th century, repair made with 5 staples by an earthenware repairer. This dish is one of the objects that is no longer seen because now the broken dishes end their life in the trash, which was not always the case. This souvenir is to hang or leave on a table, like an object of curiosity which will not fail to get people talking: -) its dimensions are for length 30 cm, width 24 cm and height 8 cm.
