Ceramic pitcher vase West Germany 582/20 – Germany 1950s-60s

Vintage ceramic pitcher vase from West Germany, produced in the 1950s-60s. Very beautiful ovoid shape with a large sculptural handle and a slightly pinched spout. Remarkable shiny burgundy and ivory glaze, with grey-green drip effects. Particularly successful decoration on the handle, which naturally extends the lines of the piece. Impressed marking under the base: 582/20 – Germany. Height of approximately 20 cm. A beautiful piece of Mid-Century German ceramics, decorative and uncommon due to its shape. Overall vintage condition is good, consistent with the photographs.
