Carmen ironstone footed dish, imported by Vermont Frères Paris

Round dish or plate on a presentation stand in iron clay, "Carmen" model from Sarreguemines, stamped "imported by Vermont Brothers Paris" late 19th century. Blue decoration with flowering branches and butterfly. Diameter 24 cm - height 4 cm. This old piece is in fairly good condition, patina of time and two chips on the back (see photos).
