For sale, Superb small buffet/commode made of rattan and woven wicker, in the pure spirit of the Roman house Vivai del Sud — an Italian manufacturer from the 1960s-70s whose creations in rattan, bamboo, and wicker are now among the most collected in international natural design. The piece features a classic and refined composition: a top entirely covered in woven wicker framed with bamboo, 2 drawers with cylindrical bamboo handles, and 2 doors with matching handles opening to a storage space. The whole is of great formal coherence — regular and dense weaving work, bamboo framework with neat joints. Materials & manufacturing. Bamboo frame, panels, and top in woven wicker — a characteristic Italian artisanal technique. Warm and homogeneous honey tone, typical of productions from Roman and Tuscan workshops in the 70s. Overall good condition. Wear and missing parts related to use and age. Includes 2 functional drawers + 2 doors. Careful packaging. Delivery via cocolis or others possible. Feel free to contact me for more information! Have a nice day.
