1940s slotted bench stool

This small bench or step stool is very old. We find it imbued with the spirit of a peasant home. Made of raw wood, it is one of those objects that cultivate simplicity while bearing witness to the skill of traditional craftsmanship. We love the carefully crafted shape of the slot and the legs. Their integration into the tabletop, with this contrasting wood color, gives it even more originality. It is quite sturdy and in very good condition.
