Vintage Dormitory Nightstand Chair - Industrial Style 1950. Authentic dormitory nightstand chair from the 50s/60s. A classic piece of school and communal furniture from the era, perfect for an industrial or vintage decor. This hybrid piece served as both a seat and a bedside table in dormitories. Structure: Robust tubular metal, original gold/bronze colour (beautiful patina). Seat: Wooden top (sturdy plywood) with a superb natural wear that tells its story. Details: Footrest or magazine holder bar at the bottom. High backrest also serving as a handle for easy movement. Condition: In its original state, which gives it all its charm. Note: the original drawer under the seat is missing, but the space can be used as is for placing books or repurposed as a pocket shelf.
