Magnificent earthenware vase with glazed art, vintage work from the 80s–90s with a modern yet raw appearance, made by an independent pottery workshop, a unique piece due to its handcrafted nature and rare due to its limited production, signed Eseka, possibly originating from Cameroon. A very beautiful creation made from very fine clay of excellent quality. Superb decoration on two sides of the vase, entirely hand-engraved, stylised tribal-inspired motifs, rich and intricate, under a deep green and blue glaze with subtle turquoise hues. Free-form trilobate shape, elongated walls, with a glazed interior as well. Engraved signature under the base "Eseka pottery – 1177 – 56/60g".
