Elegant mid-century modern newspaper stand from the 1950s, attributed to Cesare Lacca. The delicate construction is made of patinated brass and features a distinctive corded/ribbed carrying handle. The piece stands on geometric tripod legs, some of which are black enameled, typical of Italian avant-garde design of that era. A stylish and authentic collector’s item of Italian Modernism.
