Art Deco Glass Vase Val Saint-Lambert model Thémis, Luxval collection, 1930s

Art Deco vase, Thémis model, from the 1930s, from the Luxval collection of the Belgian glass and crystal factory Val Saint Lambert of Belgium. Designed by Charles Graffart and René Delvenne, this model was made of pressed Rosaline glass. Pretty shape, molded glass, sublime pink color. It is period but also in the Art Deco style, with its graphic and geometric decoration. We find it in the Luxval catalog of 1935 (see photo). It is stamped in relief "Val St Lambert Belgium" on the bottom. An almost complete Luxval sticker is also present. The vase is in excellent used condition with very few signs of age.
