Addor 60s sculptural marble and brass coffee table

Old coffee table with its curved gray marble top and solid brass base. Reminiscent of the works of the swiss architect georges addor, this piece which seems absolutely unique has a very singular and elegant design. The gray marble top is very thick and very dense (very heavy), very beautiful rounded shape. We love its large format, making it a piece with an important and almost sculptural appearance. The whole thing rests on a solid brass base, with an elegant graphic shape. The base has a patina, the brass has patinated in places, marks also embellish it, giving the whole a certain authenticity. The base is fixed to the top using screws. The base is also quite heavy, the whole is obviously very heavy and dense.
