Mid-century German perforated minimalist pendant lamp, 1960s.

Suspension from the mid-century with perforated metal elements. A minimalist design. The luminous body takes the shape of a simple cuboid. Two faces of the cuboid are closed and painted black. The other two faces are made of perforated metal. The delicacy and type of perforation are remarkable here. A long rectangular support breaks the escaping light and dissolves the shape of the shade when it is lit. The perforated surfaces of the lampshade influence the light and project a pattern onto the surfaces of the room. The shape and materiality of the lamp indicate the German manufacturer Bünte & Remmler (Bur).
