The lower part consists of two doors and two drawers, while the upper part offers a lovely storage space with its two doors and shelves. I chose to keep the wood in its natural state, highlighting its shades, irregularities, and the lovely marks left by time. The interior has been delicately dressed in floral wallpaper that adds a soft, rustic touch to the whole. The lovely bonus of this dresser: the upper part can also be used without its doors. Simply remove them to completely transform its style and create a beautiful open shelf, ideal for displaying antique crockery, books, vintage finds, baskets, or lovely decorations. A way to give it an even more decorative spirit and adapt it to your interior according to your desires. The furniture has been treated three times against wood-boring insects. The parts of the wood that had been particularly attacked and showed numerous holes have also been reinforced with a hardener to strengthen and stabilise the weakened areas. Some irregularities, marks, and old traces may remain. They testify to its history and are an integral part of the charm of this antique piece. The antique furniture I offer is carefully restored but intentionally retains the traces and irregularities related to its history. They make each piece unique and authentic.
