Roger Capron round Herbier coffee table

Very elegant coffee table in wood and ceramic from the 50s by roger capron. We love the wooden rim that contrasts with the ceramic. The base is very unique, very graphic and elegantly dresses the whole. Herbarium pattern on the ceramic. Each tile is unique, in fact it is from a natural plant embedded in the earth before firing that the pattern is formed, like a fossil. The color of the wood is bright and rather light, unlike some models. Very good general condition.
