Imposing vintage covered vase/pot Alcobaça ceramic Portugal

Very beautiful imposing vase or covered pot, jar, in hand-painted and glazed artisanal ceramic, vintage 60s-70s, portuguese manufacture alcobaça, signed rb and jp. Interior entirely glazed pale blue, as well as exterior base. Large pot-bellied body with 2 thin angular handles, narrowed neck with domed lid, rounded pyramidal handle. Entirely hand-painted with foliage and large flower motifs, stylized, peonies, in shades of apple green, dark and light pink, orange yellow, black and navy blue. Lid also painted, more geometric patterns. 42cm total height with lid, 30cm without, approximately 24cm max diameter. Original and very decorative. Very good general condition, however has a few small chips, including 1 discreet on the base and 4 small (restored) on the lower edge of the lid, 2 smaller ones, 2 slightly larger discreet ones. A few discreet surface scratches, rare. About 5kg.
