Hexagonal section tapered vase – Art Nouveau period

Important multilayer glass vase with a tapered body flaring towards the neck, featuring a undulating hexagonal section. The decoration consists of a lively lakeside landscape finely etched with acid and enhanced by polychrome enamel painting in autumn brown, green, and ochre tones. The rotating decoration depicts detailed foreground trees set against a backdrop of mountains and bodies of water. The perspective is emphasised by the discreet presence of a figure (fisherman or walker) on the shore, characteristic of the productions from the Saint-Denis glassworks. Signature: Signed "Legras" in relief within the decoration. Dimensions: Height: 28 cm|Width: 10 cm. Condition: In excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
