Large oak farmhouse table from France, early 1900s

Beautiful large farmhouse table from france, circa 1900. Most likely this table was used in a large kitchen and then used for years in a french cafe. The table is largely made of oak, except for the carved legs, which are made of beech wood. The large oak top is beautifully lived with various signs of wear from years of use in the kitchen. At the end is a wide, deep drawer with a cast iron handle. On the long side there is legroom up to 64cm, measured from the floor to the bottom edge of the table. This table has of course been cleaned, restored where necessary and provided with a layer of wax. An absolute eye-catcher in a large space! H 80 / w 225 / d 90.5.
