Farm or bistro table in cherry wood, dating from the 30s/40s, turned and doweled legs, the top is restored, has been sanded then colorless satin varnished in 3 coats, to leave the wood in its natural color and enhance the nuances of this superb veining. It retains some marks too deep for sanding, but this is testimony to its past, and proof of authenticity. The base has remained in its patina, with its experience and its faults, it is stable and not shaky.
