„Parola“ floor lamp by Gae Aulenti for Fontana Arte – special edition

A rare special edition of the „Parola“ floor lamp, designed by famous Gae Aulenti & Piero Castiglioni in 1980, produced by Fontana Arte, Italy. This very sculptural lamp is a special edition from 1999, featuring a metal stem instead of a glas stem —a variant that is no longer produced and is therefore considered very rare. The lamp shade is mouth-blown, opaque white glass. Very good overall condition with a very little damage on the base (see pictures). Since most of our lamps are still in their original condition, they may not comply with the latest electrical standards and must be checked by a specialist before use, according to law.
