Avant-Garde Cubist portrait sculpture in flamed metal, Germany, 1990s

A German Cubist portrait in sculpted, welded, ground, and flamed metal from the 1990s. Clearly influenced by the Russian Avant-Garde/Constructivism movement and the Cubism of Pablo Picasso from the early 20th century. Purchased in Berlin about fifteen years ago. Recently rediscovered and reframed. The frame is made of champagne-lacquered wood with a gilt and patina finish, and is covered with museum-quality glass (without any reflection). Height: 40 cm Width: 27 cm. Dated and signed, but I am unable to decipher the signature. Excellent overall condition with only minor signs of age.
