Art déco glass tray

Beautiful old tray from the 1920s/30s. The base is made of glass and has a reverse glass motif depicting a pair of swans in a stretch of water with plants. The basic color is black, the motif is gold and bronze with some green and mother-of-pearl inlays. The rim of the tray is made of nickel-plated metal. Chased handles. The bottom is made of wood. The glass surface is in very good condition, the metal parts show signs of age and wear, including a barely visible repair on one of the short struts. Dimensions: length 12" (30.5 cm) with handles 13.58" (34.5 cm), width 8.07" (20.5 cm), the frame is 1.49" (3.8 cm) high, weight 500 gms. 40___6.
