Rare Pair of Wall Lights "Collage" C-1701 – Willem van Oyen for Raak Amsterdam

For sale, a magnificent and rare pair of authentic wall sconces, model C-1701 named "Collage", produced by the famous Dutch company Raak Amsterdam in the 1960s/1970s. Designed by the designer Willem van Oyen, each sconce is a unique work of art in itself. It consists of a grey lacquered metal plate to which are attached hand-made fused glass discs in colourful shades, as well as decorative copper cylinders that diffuse a textured and warm light. • Authenticity: Both sconces still have their original metallic label "raak amsterdam C-1701 - made in holland" (see photos). • Condition: Overall beautiful vintage condition. The metal and glass elements are well preserved. Original functional electricity (2 bulbs per sconce, LED compatible). • Dimensions: Approximately 32 cm X 20 cm.
