Art nouveau, secessionist wmf champagne cooler - ice bucket made of repousse brass in a stylised artichoke pattern (secessionist style was known for using natural shapes as inspiration for their works). Made by würtembergische metalwaren fabrik, with stamped marks for early 1900s. Measures 24 high by 24 diameter at the top and 28 form handle to handle. Wear consistent with use and age, some surface scratches and some dents, a monogram on one side is still visible, but in overall very good condition.
