A superb dining set comprising a solid oak refectory table with its table runner, accompanied by six hazelwood chairs. Originating from Southern Germany, this set dates from the late 17th to early 18th century. This period furniture combines robustness and authenticity, enhanced by a beautiful patina that testifies to more than three centuries of history. The chairs are adorned with small, custom-made cushions, adding comfort and elegance. Please note: - One of the chairs is a 20th-century copy, indistinguishable from the other five. - The tapestry table runner is original but in unrestored condition. The set is sold with a certificate from an antique dealer attesting to its origin and authenticity.
