Magnificent Lumière Tavolo table lamp by Rodolfo Dordoni for Foscarini Murano. First original edition, Italy 1990. A lamp that quickly became an icon of design. Seen in numerous films and series. Exhibited in various museums. Polished metal structure with a tripod base. It features a sublime blown glass diffuser from Murano. Beige, off-white colour. He pursued his studies in architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan and later became an emblematic figure in the design world. He founded Dordoni Architects Studio, a studio dedicated to architecture and interior design. He has designed objects for major brands such as Foscarini, Artemide, and Flos. He works with high-level technologies that are not prominently featured to conceal the work of his projects. Rodolfo Dordoni has signed several projects, notably the "Lumiere" lamps produced for the Italian company Foscarini: lamps with reinterpreted classic lampshades. This luminaire is one of his greatest successes.
