Per Olof Zachrisson (1917–1988) was a recognized Swedish artist and military captain known for his modernist still lifes, landscapes, and oil paintings. He studied at the Slöjdföreningen and Valand Academy in Gothenburg. Born on January 31, 1917, in Gothenburg, Sweden.Served as a captain in the Livgrenadjärregementet.Died on April 13, 1988, in Kisa, Sweden. Painted modernist still lifes, floral motifs, and mountain landscapes, mostly using oil on board or panel.Created signed and numbered color lithographs.Represented in the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm and other regional Swedish museums.
