Large glazed stoneware deep plate signed

Large deep plate / decorative dish in glazed stoneware, notable for its abstract design and rich textural effects. The surface features a highly nuanced glaze blending rust brown, deep black, golden ochre, and slight bluish touches, with overlays and variations resulting from the firing process. The decoration, entirely free and graphic, gives each area of the piece a different texture and depth. Workshop ceramic work from the second half of the 20th century, in the spirit of French artistic stoneware productions from the 1960s to 1980s. The unglazed stoneware base has several incised inscriptions and marks, as well as a handwritten inscription. Diameter: 26 cm. Overall good condition, with the material and firing irregularities inherent to a handmade piece. No chips or cracks.
