Arne Vodder model 418 dining chairs in rosewood Sibast Mobler Denmark 1960

Beautiful set of eight Arne Vodder Model 418 dining chairs in rosewood, produced by Sibast Møbler, Denmark, 1960s. An iconic Danish design distinguished by its refined proportions, sculptural silhouette and exceptional craftsmanship. The elegant, gently curved backrests and subtly tapered legs create a light and sophisticated expression, while the beautifully figured rosewood displays rich tones and striking natural grain throughout. The chairs have been newly upholstered in premium black aniline leather, offering a soft, natural feel that complements the warmth of the rosewood while preserving the authentic mid-century aesthetic. Fine details such as the sculpted joints, delicately shaped rear uprights and signature pointed transitions highlight Arne Vodder's mastery of organic form and cabinetmaking. Presented in very good condition, with a beautifully preserved finish and outstanding grain across all eight chairs. A rare and highly desirable complete set that combines timeless Scandinavian elegance with exceptional comfort, making it equally suited for everyday dining or a curated collector's interior.
