This vanity table, circa the late 19th century, features a mahogany veneer crafted by the renowned British furniture manufacturer Maple & Co., established in the early 19th century. The piece showcases a simple yet elegant design with high angular legs and consists of a base with three drawers, an upper section with a movable oval mirror in a wooden frame mounted with brass hooks, and two rear-wall compartments with small drawers. Its drawer fronts, pulpit, and mirror frame are adorned with inlaid fillet stripes. The legs are equipped with porcelain rollers for added functionality. The vanity has been restored and finished with French polish. Maple & Co.
