Wear corresponds to age and use. Pair of bent wood Thonet / TON chairs, linked to the aesthetic of the Vienna Secession, produced during the first half of the 20th century. These seats illustrate a design approach based on the lightness of forms, ergonomics, and functionality. Made of bent beech, according to the technique developed by Thonet and later continued by TON, the two chairs share the same constructive logic while presenting slight differences in proportions and backrest.
