Large cake dish, white porcelain from Christofle, Malmaison collection. "Malmaison is The Empire model of Christofle. The Château de Malmaison, near Paris, was the favourite stay of Napoleon Bonaparte and Empress Josephine. The water sheets, the open lotus leaf, the symmetry of the décor are typical of the Empire style, largely inspired by the Ancient." In perfect condition. Luxury is small.
