Rare Dining Set by Bas van Pelt for My Home Netherlands 1940s

Great dining set, designed by Bas van Pelt in the 1940s for his own company My Home Netherlands. This is a rare set, especially as a set together with the table, that was designed together. The chairs are reupholstered with a nice cream linen fabric. They have a solid oak structure. The table is fully made of oak; the top, which is refinished, has solid sides and veneer in the middle. The frame is of solid oak. A nice and functional detail of the table is the drop-leaf at one side. The whole set is in very good condition with a lovely patina. No damages.
